Engage with motorsport fans and make Audi synonymous with the Le Mans 24 hour race by creating an essential companion to the event.

SOLUTION

Somo designed and built a ground-breaking mobile and iPad app which combined Audi’s ‘Vorsprung durch Technik’ philosophy with a wealth of specialist motoring information. The app showcased the first use of augmented reality in the automotive sector.

RESULTS

A top 10 app in 47 countries, with the equivalent of 165 days worth of time spent engaging with the app during the race weekend.
