Huw has worked with large, global advertisers throughout his career and is the trusted first point of contact at Somo for companies looking to start or develop their strategies and products on mobile.

Huw successfully won a place on a graduate trainee scheme with world-leading market research company TNS NFO after graduating from university. He then joined The Searchworks as Business Development Executive, cutting his teeth in a fast-paced environment in the newest digital media sector. He worked for global brands including Avis, the BBC and North Face.

Before joining Somo, Huw was Head of the Business Development team at Forward3D, a leading search marketing agency. This role involved developing existing relationships with clients, sourcing new business and educating companies about the importance of emerging marketing opportunities.

As Sales Director at Somo, Huw is responsible for developing relationships with global advertisers, spanning the entire business to ensure each client receives excellent advice on how to maximise the mobile opportunity and are offered the best tailored solutions to achieve their goals.

Huw leads a team of business development professionals who work across the globe. They promote Somo’s thought leadership directly with clients across a range of sectors, from digital and mobile-specific companies to finance, travel and retail, and also around the world at events and conferences.
