We’re delighted to announce that Somo’s Chief Growth Officer, Rebecca Crook, has been included in the prestigious BIMA 100 list in the Marketing Directors and CMO’s category. Every year, BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) recognises 100 leaders who have excelled in their field, and have helped shape the digital industry. We’re extremely proud to have one of our leaders included amongst ‘tech’s best and brightest’.

Earlier this year, it was also announced that Rebecca would be the Chair of the new BIMA Growth Council, offering advice and expertise to other businesses and driving innovation in our industry.

“In the last 12 months, we have seen enormous growth and success at Somo; we have opened our fifth office in Medellín, Colombia and hired more team members than ever before. I am incredibly proud to be leading the team at such an important stage of digital transformation for brands”, says Rebecca. “Everyday we strive to do the very best for our clients, as well as staying true to our core values; Create Success, Lead with Knowledge, Love Innovation and Be Brave and keep them central to all that we do’.

It’s been a fantastic year for Somo. For the second year running, we’ve been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work by Campaign Magazine, topping the table as the best digital agency to work for in 2020. We’ve also been winning awards for our innovative work; last year we won Digital Transformation Initiative of the Year at The Drum B2B Awards for Siemens’ MySFS product and came out on top at the BIMA awards, for the Best Use of Digital in Automotive for our work Audi UK.

Whilst our vibrant culture is enjoying strong recognition in the UK, we’ve also made our mark in the US! Just today, Inc. Best Places to Work 2020 list announced the top workplaces in America - and we’re delighted to share that we’re one of the finalists!
