You will be the administrative support to our Client Solutions department enabling the team and wider business to deliver a first-class service to our clients.
As well as being client facing, you’ll need to be a strong internal collaborator between Operations, Product, Design and Engineering all whilst being an all-round support to the Solutions team – so you’ll be busy!
· Manage schedules meetings, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members
· Support projects to meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
· Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
This is a busy responsible role where you will assist in day to day running of account activities and administration tasks that will help to keep projects organised and well managed. In return we’ll provide you with all the on the job training and a clear promotional path into the solutions function.
