About the Job
As part of our Charleston team you’ll be responsible for facilitating all sprint ceremonies acting as a gate at both ends of the process, minimizing wasted time by the team from items not meeting the Definition of Ready coming into the pipeline and ensuring the team maintains a Definition of Done to ensure quality coming out of the pipeline.
Working closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritise work, removing any obstructions or blockers that impede efficient delivery, ensuring that agreed process is followed.
About You
Passionate about agile and Scrum, you have run full Scrum process’s in more than one commercial organization, in more than on team using Test Driven Development (TDD) and be completely comfortable managing relationships across all layers of an organization.
A whizz with the Atlassian tools Confluence and Jira along with an excellent commercial understanding of Agile Estimation and Agile Retrospective.
