This is very much a client facing role working on multiple work streams delivering large consumer facing digital products.
You will be managing the operational support of the digital channels of one of Somo’s flagship clients based in the USA, working closely with the Product Owners/Agile Facilitators covering both the operational support and BAU.
Collaborating with everyone from Developers, to QA Engineers and ensuring that the resourcing of the team if fully up to date and updating dashboards.
Within this position you’ll also be addressing any staffing concerns and raising the necessary additional roles that need approval.
You are a Delivery focussed Project Manager with a wealth of experience delivering digital products/services at a fast pace.
You are an Agile whizz that is used to being in front of Clients and love working with consumer facing digital products.
If you also have experience working on the operational support of digital channels, then that would be fantastic!
