We are on the lookout for a talented and collaborative In House Recruiter.
This is a busy yet creative role, whilst there will be the traditional recruiting expectations such as – CV mining/ screening, telephone interviews, scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers and maintaining candidate databases, there is also a very real opportunity to get involved with your own project work too.
You are all about giving the ultimate Candidate experience, you manage your Hiring Managers within an inch of their lives, everyone knows what they are doing and when with you at the realm!!
If we were asking for everything, you’d have exposure to the tech candidate market, however – we can, and we will teach you this, so it’s really not essential.
What is essential though is a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and being team orientated.
