About the Job
You will manage wide variety of complex and confidential administrative, secretarial, analytical and research tasks whilst representing the CEO and COO, both internally and externally. This role is critical in overseeing the activities of the CEO/COO and ensuring that their diaries and they are continually updated.
You are super organised and a prioritising guru. Confident dealing with enquiries via email, telephone and in person – you like being front of house liaising internally and externally not shy of communicating with our clients formally and having a bit of chit chat.
You have a keen eye on time, ensuring that meetings are organised in advance, rooms booked, people are in the know and they run in a timely fashion – including giving CEO/COO a nudge when they are running over and need to be elsewhere.
You are proactive, able to pre-empt potential outcomes and are flusterless with ambiguity as we work in a changeable Agile environment and we love it!!
