Are you a talented and collaborative Technical Recruiter? Yes? Great! We’d love you to join our fabulous In-House Recruitment Team @Somo then.
You’ll have exposure to the full candidate journey, including CV mining, CV screening, telephone interviews, scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining our candidate databases (ATS) and making sure all our roles are visible, up to date, on our website and advertising channels and most importantly – attracting Somo people.
Ultimately, you’ll be the first point of contact for our potential Developers, Designers and beyond – the voice of Somo.
Whilst this role is initially a 6 month FTC – we’re totally up for someone coming in and making it their own, ending up with us begging you to stay!
You are an experienced Technical Recruiter, you’ll know your Java from your Java script, be tech savvy and able to have credible first line conversations with our potential Engineers.
You’re all about giving the best candidate experience. You are a keen CV miner and will bring new direct resourcing techniques to the table (table optional).
You have a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and are team orientated, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment – and that last bit is not a cliché!
