Bob brings a 24 year track record of innovation in the Customer insight , Data analytics and CRM spaces.
Within Somo, he is our specialist in customer loyalty and understanding the strategic opportunities within the merging space of Mobile, data, loyalty and payments. He has worked across key Somo clients, notably with Audi, Caffe Nero, Coca Cola , RBS-Natwest & SwiftKey.
Bob was a co-founder in 2001 of one of the UK’s leading Loyalty & customer analytics consultancies – Diametric – which sold to emnos in 2007 and was ultimately acquired by American Express in 2011.
Across 2012-13, Bob was CEO for Reward Insight, the loyalty & payments platform behind the Natwest CashbackPlus scheme . Reward specialises in ‘cardless’ consumer loyalty
programmes, using transactional payment card data to understand behaviour.
He brings experience across his career from brands includes P&G, Kraft, Safeway, AirMiles, EMAP Digital Media , largely in digital and loyalty roles.
