Customers select their diamond, choose a style and pick their preferred colour of gold.
The app then marries those choices with cutting-edge technology and a bespoke, guided service that showcases – and sells – the De Beers diamond range with stylish elegance.
The app also enables live inventory updates.
The app paid for itself within just two weeks, and generated more than £2 million in sales within five, representing a return on investment of 300%.
