The Brief

As part of their ongoing digital transformation efforts, ŠKODA UK approached Somo to help them redefine their retail experience with a brand new showroom solution that facilitates a seamless, valuable interaction between business, customers and technology.

The Solution

A dedicated cross-functional Somo team worked closely with ŠKODA to accelerate the design, build and adoption of this industry-first app.

Through focus groups with pilot retailers and iterative agile methodology to ensure rapid development, we delivered a solution that redefines how sales executives engage with customers in showrooms – reducing dependency on physical car model brochures, increasing personalisation, and massively boosting transparency.

Following the successful pilot of an iOS and Apple TV app, Digital Assistant is now boosting the experience of both customers and sales executives across all 123 ŠKODA retailers in the UK.
